Our unique villa in Montpellier with a private outdoor pool, Wi-Fi and air conditioning is tastefully decorated and has all the comfort to make you feel like home. The villa was entirely renovated (using bio paint) and is equipped with contemporary furniture.

The villa is located in a private dead end road, in the middle of a green and peaceful residential area of Montpellier, close to the historical center. The house is easily reachable by car and nearby you can catch a bus or a tram, which brings you directly to the center and the railway station (or even close to the beach). Montpellier is a lively university city ideally located between the mountainous Cévennes and the Mediterranean Sea. Various beaches, including the beaches of Aresquiers and Maguelone, are open to naturists.

The villa which is entirely private and being let undivided, consists of a lounge with aircon, a separate fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with aircon, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (one on each floor), a garden, a private in-ground pool with a telescopic pool enclosure, a large wooden deck and a terrace. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom, with en suite bathroom & terrace facing southwest, it contains a king-size bed. There is also a second room, which contains a queen-size bed. Exclusive-use car park, for 2 cars, is available in front of the villa.

The villa is located in Montpellier, less than 3 km (approx 1.8 miles) from the historical center, in a dead end road of the residential area called “La Chamberte”. The city of Montpellier, located close to the Mediterranean Sea, is the capital of the “Hérault” in the region of “Occitanie”.

Nearby shops
At 500 meters (approx 550 yd) there is a bakery, a small grocery and a pharmacy. Additional 400 meters (approx 440 yd) you will find a restaurant, a wine merchant, a very good pastry shop, a bank, an ATM, a hair salon, and a hospital. Also in the district, less than 900 m (or approx 0.55 miles) from the villa, there is a supermarket (with optional online ordering pickup service) as well as gas stations. At 2 km (approx 1.2 miles) a market is held every Saturday and Tuesday where one can buy products of the region, some of them organic. At the same place there is also an organic food store which is open daily except on Sunday.

How to get to the villa?
With the car, on the highway A9 (direction: Montpellier-Béziers), take the exit 31 Montpellier-Ouest. With the fast train (2 TGV stations available) or with an airplane to Montpellier.
From the train station (Gare Saint-Roch) and the historic center of Montpellier one can take the bus 7 or the tramway 3 to join the district of La Chamberte.

The nearest stop of the bus 7 is “François Dezeuze” which is at a 4 minutes walking distance from the villa. This bus takes you to the station and the historic center of Montpellier in about 20 minutes. By car, the historic center of Montpellier (approx. 3 km/1.86 miles) is reached in 10 to 15 minutes.
- Nearest tramway station (LINE 3): JULES GUESDE - Avenue Lodève (runs until 2 am).
- Nearest bus stop (BUS 7): FRANCOIS DEZEUZE - Rue François Dezeuze (up to about 8 pm).
- Nearest railway station: center of Montpellier GARE SAINT-ROCH (TGV).

Bookings : 50% / Tenancy deposit: 1500 eur (for weekly rents).
Please note that we don't accept cheques. The only accepted payment methods for the tenancy deposit is by wire transfer on our bank account (at least 15 days before arrival).

Hire of bed linen and towels (optional)
- Bed linen (2 pillowcases, sheets for mattress, duvet sheets or

Cleaning at the end of the rent: 65 eur (obligatory).

Rental periods
Minimum duration 7 days. During the high saison the period must run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival times are scheduled on Saturday afternoon from 4 till 8 pm. The departure times are planned on Saturday morning from 8 till 10 am.

A proof of your liability insurance rental property will be required.

A legal identity card will be asked upon arrival.
Upon arrival a pool disclaimer will be transmitted to the tenant whereby the lessee acknowledges fully discharging the owner's liability in case of accidents. If you disagree with this clause, the owner asks you not to rent this house.
